Last updated: 12 August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Aviora Tech (“Aviora Tech”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use the WLB mobile application (the “Service”). By using WLB, you agree to the practices described here.

1.Information we collect

Account information

When you sign in, we collect the information needed to identify you and sync your data across devices. Depending on how you sign in (Google or phone), this may include your name, email address, or phone number, and a unique identifier from your chosen sign-in provider. Signing in with Google or a phone number is required to use WLB — your events, budgets, guests, gifts, and personal ledger are tied to your account so they sync securely across your devices.

Content you create

We collect the data you enter to use the app: events you create (weddings, engagements, birthdays, and similar celebrations), budget categories and amounts, contingency buffer allocations, guest list entries, shagun and gift amounts, thank-you status, gift registry items and pooled group-gift funds, collaborator roles and invitations, and entries in your personal give-and-take money ledger.

Contacts

With your permission, WLB can access your device’s address book so you can quickly add guests, collaborators, or ledger people by picking them from your contacts. See Section 3 for details on how this works.

Device information

To keep the app reliable, we may collect limited technical information such as device model, operating system version, and app version. We do not currently use any analytics or crash-reporting SDK — we do not collect usage analytics, and we do not use precise or approximate location.

2.How we use information

We do not sell your personal information, we do not use it for third-party advertising, and we do not run any advertising or ad-tracking in the app.

3.Access to your contacts

If you grant the contacts permission, the app reads your device’s address book on your device to present a picker you can choose from. We only use the specific fields of the specific contact you pick — name, phone, and/or email — to add that person as a guest, collaborator, or ledger person. We do not upload or store your full address book, and you can decline or revoke this permission at any time in your device settings; the app remains usable without it (you can still add people by name alone). On Android, this is requested via the READ_CONTACTS permission, used solely for this picker flow.

4.How information is shared

We share information only as follows:

5.Service providers

WLB is built on Google Firebase. Our key providers are:

ProviderPurpose
Google Firebase — AuthenticationSigning you in (Google or phone) and managing sessions
Google Cloud FirestoreStoring and syncing your events, budgets, guests, gifts, and ledger data
Google Sign-InOptional third-party authentication you may choose

We do not currently integrate any analytics, crash-reporting, or advertising SDK. These providers process data under their own privacy and security commitments; we encourage you to review Google’s privacy policy for more information.

6.Storage & security

WLB is local-first: a copy of your data always lives on your device, and it is synced to Google Cloud / Firestore infrastructure operated on our behalf, scoped to your signed-in account. This local copy is what lets the app keep working while you're offline — changes you make without a connection are queued and synced automatically once you're back online. Data is encrypted in transit between your device and our servers. Because a full copy lives on your own device, much of your data is also subject to your device's own protections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7.Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you request deletion (see Section 8), we delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. Data you shared with collaborators on an event may remain visible to those collaborators as part of that event, unless you remove it or their access first.

8.Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. You can:

There is no self-serve account-deletion flow in the app yet. To request deletion of your account and associated data, email us at contact@avioratech.com from the address or phone number associated with your account, and we will process your request within a reasonable period, subject to any legal retention requirements.

9.Children’s privacy

WLB is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

10.Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

11.Contact us

If you have questions or requests regarding this Privacy Policy or your data, including deletion requests, contact us at contact@avioratech.com.
