Delete Your Account
This page explains how to request deletion of your EvenSteven account (developed by Aviora Tech) and the personal data associated with it, and describes what is deleted and what may be retained. You can delete your account directly in the app, or by contacting us.
1.Delete your account in the app
The fastest way to delete your account and data is from within EvenSteven on iOS or Android:
- Open the EvenSteven app and make sure you are signed in.
- Go to the Settings tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm by tapping Delete account in the confirmation dialog.
Your account is deleted immediately, and you are signed out. This action cannot be undone.
2.Request deletion by email
If you can’t access the app or want us to process the deletion for you, email us from the address associated with your account:

Send a request to contact@avioratech.com with the subject “EvenSteven account deletion request,” including the email address or phone number on your account.
We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days.
3.What is deleted and what is kept

Why some shared data is kept: a group or expense you shared with other people is also their record. To avoid corrupting the balances of people you split with, items that still have other members remain visible to those members. Your personal identifiers are removed as described above.
4.Retention & backups
After deletion, residual copies of your data that exist in encrypted, routine backups are purged within 90 days. Diagnostic and crash data collected through Google Firebase Crashlytics is retained for up to 90 days and is not tied to your account after deletion.
